Terms of Service

These terms of use are entered into by and between You and Flame Truck Parking, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of flametruckparking.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website and mobile applications.

By using our services or by clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

Our services are available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States.

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of our services following posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes.

To access certain features, you may be asked to provide registration details. All information you provide must be correct, current, and complete.

You must treat your login credentials as confidential and must not share them. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may disable any account at our sole discretion.

Our website and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials except as permitted.

Flame Truck Parking withholds 20% of gross Parking Fees made by Truckers for Parking Spaces. The remaining portion, less applicable taxes, is transmitted to the Host via ACH within 30 days.

Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 4 hours before the start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the start time are non-refundable. This applies to all payment methods and all types of daily and weekly parking services.

Upon successful payment, the applicable amount is non-refundable even if you do not use the full duration or vacate early.

For monthly parking, we require a minimum of 30 days written notice before cancellation. Monthly charges renew automatically until proper notice is received.

Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the transaction date.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Your data is used solely for providing and improving our services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
