Refund & Billing

Bookings are eligible for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time, or a 50% refund between 24 and 4 hours before the start time. Cancellations under 4 hours are non-refundable. For monthly parking, 30 days written notice is required before cancellation.

Payment information is processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers.
