A nationwide marketplace connecting truck drivers with secure parking spaces. Search, book, and manage parking all in one place.

How do I create an account?

Sign up using your phone number, email, or Google account. It takes less than a minute.

Is Flame Truck Parking free to use?

Creating an account and browsing is free. You only pay when you book a parking spot.

Booking

How do I book a parking spot?

Search for parking near your route, select a location, choose your dates and vehicle type, then complete payment.

Can I cancel a booking?

Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before your start time. Cancellations between 24 hours and 4 hours before the start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Monthly parking subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.

How do I check in?

Show your QR code at the parking facility or enter your confirmation code at the gate.

Can I extend my booking?

Yes, you can extend your booking from the booking detail page, subject to availability.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe secure payment processing.

Monthly Parking

How does monthly parking work?

Monthly parking gives you a dedicated spot with automatic recurring payments. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Can I change my monthly parking spot?

Contact the parking facility directly to discuss changing spots within their lot.

Vehicles

What vehicle types are supported?

Semi trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, and other oversized vehicles. Each location lists their accepted vehicle types.

Is there a maximum vehicle length?

It varies by location. Check the vehicle requirements section on each listing.

Payments & Security

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are processed through Stripe with industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed based on when you cancel. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking starts, you receive a full refund. Between 24 and 4 hours before start, you receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 4 hours are generally non-refundable, but we review requests on a case-by-case basis.
